Roster of Mediators

Upon filing of a case, parties have the option to select the mediator/s or have us assign for you.  

1.  Apolinar E. Aure:

Mr. Aure completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Banking and Finance, at Adamson University. He is the President and an accredited Mediator of the National Center for Mediation (NCM) since 2014. With 10 years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), particularly in mediation, he has handled various types of mediation cases.

2.    Tristan C. Besa:

Tristan completed his Master’s Degree in Business Management at Ateneo de Manila University a year before it became the MBM Program of AIM. He served as an Adjunct Professor at the Asian Institute of Management. He completed his training in ADR (Mediation, Negotiation, Conciliation) with The Conflict Resolution Group Foundation. Tristan is currently the President of The CoRe Group and an accredited Mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM). With 24 years of experience in ADR, he is among the most experienced mediation and negotiation trainers in the Philippines.

3.    Atty. Myra Angeli Gallardo-Batungbakal: Atty. Batungbakal holds a Master’s degree in History and graduated Magna Cum Laude with an AB in History from the University of the Philippines. She also earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines, where she was awarded Best Law Intern for her exemplary handling of cases at the U.P. Office of Legal Aid (U.P. OLA). Since 2014, Atty. Myra has been an accredited mediator with the National Center for Mediation (NCM), where she also serves as a trustee. She has 12 years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), specializing in mediation, arbitration, and conciliation. Additionally, she has been an accredited arbitrator with the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) since 2012 and an accredited mediator with the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators (PICAM) since 2013. She handled various types of mediation and arbitration cases.

4.    Mia Theresa Quiaoit-Corpus:

Mia Corpus holds a degree from the Global Masters of Arts Program in International Affairs at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and an MBA from the University of the Philippines. She also completed advanced training in Company-Community Mediation at the University of Cape Town and the Negotiations Masterclass from Harvard University. She is an accredited Mediator of the National Center for Mediation (NCM). With over 20 years of experience in ADR, she has managed various ADR programs, including training, research, framework design, and policy creation, handled many cases, and has led mediation, conciliation, and negotiation programs within government agencies.  She is the CEO of North Ilocandia Ventures Inc - developer and operator of the Montecristo Memorial Gardens, Managing Director of SustainABILITIES Management Consulting and Executive Director of The Conflict Resolution Group Foundation. Mia is an accredited Mediator, Arbitratior, Conciliator and Executive Coach.

6.  Christine Delloso-De Venecia

She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines – Manila. An experienced court-annexed mediator in the Regional and Municipal Trial Courts, she is one of the founding Directors of the Conflict Resolution Group Foundation Inc., she helped train over a hundred mediators to implement the pilot mediation project of the Supreme Court of Philippines, Department of Justice, National Labor Relations Commission, the Intellectual Property Office, Department of Natural Resources, and the Department of Trade and Industry to name a few. Before venturing to a new chapter in her life, she was among those who helped facilitate consultation meetings, supported, lobbied, and eventually witness the successful passage of Republic Act 9285: The Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (or ADR Law). She has almost 25  years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), specializing in mediation and handled various types of cases.

7.  Atty. Maria Anna Cristina B. de Jesus

She is a corporate and regulatory lawyer with deep expertise in corporate law, taxation, construction, government procurement, and regulatory compliance, shaped by experience in both the legal and financial sectors. She holds a J.D. and LL.M. from San Beda and an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, and is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

She has over six years of experience in arbitration and mediation, is accredited by leading ADR institutions in the Philippines and the region, and regularly advises and represents corporate clients in commercial disputes, complex transactions, and contract negotiations. Since December 2024, she has served as Corporate Secretary of PhilWeb Corporation, and previously held senior legal and compliance roles at Philippine Dealing System Holdings Corp.

8. Atty. Lourdes Espinosa

Atty Espinosa is a seasoned legal professional and mediator, she has embraced the practice of alternative dispute resolution for 17 years. She leads the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators as President. She holds a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University and an LLM in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, equipping her to expertly handle cross-border commercial disputes and international conflict management.

9.    Edwin R. Glindro

Mr. Glindro graduated from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, majoring in Sociology and Philosophy, and a Master of Arts in Social Sciences (Fellow, incomplete thesis). He also completed a Certificate Course in International Development Studies at the University of Oslo, Norway. He completed his mediation training with The Conflict Resolution Group Foundation, Inc.  Currently, he is a trustee and an accredited mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM). He has ten (10) years of experience in ADR, especially in the field of mediation, and has handled various mediation cases.​​

10.    Ma. Margarita R. Reyes:

Ms. Reyes graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a double degree in General Humanities and Education. She is a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion under the School of Medicine at the University of California - San Diego (UCSD). She is also a trained teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the Mindfulness Initiative at Singapore Management University (SMU) and the UCSD Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute. An accredited Mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM) since 2014, and has ten (10) years of experience in ADR, particularly in mediation, negotiation, and conciliation. Ms. Reyes also conducts private meditation classes, stress management coaching, and seminars in mindful leadership.

11.    Atty. Karen M. Baciles:

Atty. Baciles graduated from De La Salle Lipa with a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management (with Academic Distinction). She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Batangas. Atty. An accredited Mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM). She has 10 years of experience in ADR, particularly in the field of mediation, and handled various mediation cases.

12.    Antonio Ortega:

Mr. Ortega completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Adamson University and holds a Master’s in Leadership from the Asia Pacific Institute of International Studies. He is an accredited mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM). He has 10 years of experience in ADR, particularly in mediation, and handled various mediation cases.

13.    Atty. Liezl Cua:

Atty. Cua graduated from the University of the Philippines - Visayas with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree at Ateneo de Davao and completed her Master’s in Entrepreneurship at Ateneo de Manila University - Graduate School of Business, ACE – Center for Entrepreneurship & Management Education, Inc., in Rockwell, Makati City. She has been an accredited mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM) since 2014. She has 10 years of experience in ADR, particularly in the field of mediation.

14.    Belen D. Nicasio:

Ms. Nicasio received her Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Communication from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She has been an accredited mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM) since 2014 and a consultant with the CoRe Group since 2007. With seventeen years of experience in ADR, she specializes in mediation and conciliation. Ms. Nicasio handled various types of mediation and conciliation cases.

15.    Franciso D. Ramirez, Jr.:

Dr. Ramirez holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from De Ocampo Memorial College. He was a pioneer mediator for the Supreme Court of the Philippines starting in 2000, where he supervised training programs for over 2,000 mediators and conciliators through the Philippine Judiciary Academy. He has further honed his skills through specialized training in mediation and conciliation, including courses with the Intellectual Property Office and the Philippine Judicial Academy. Jun is also an accredited mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM). With 24 years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly in Mediation and Conciliation, Jun handled various mediation, and intellectual property cases, including trademarks and copyright.

16.    Dr. Abigail Modino:

Dr. Abigail Modino: Dr. Modino graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the UP College of Social Sciences and Philosophy in 1992. She later completed her Juris Doctor degree at the UP College of Law and holds a Master’s in Public Administratio

n (MPA) from the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG). She has been an accredited mediator of National Center for Mediation (NCM) since 2014. She has ten (10) years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), particularly in mediation and conciliation. She handled various types of mediation cases.

17.    Atty. Joannes Vinarao-Pilapil:

Atty. Pilapil earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines, in April 1990, where she was active as a Law Intern at the U.P. Office of the Legal Aid. She graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY, with a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Alternative Dispute Resolution in January 2009, earning the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and receiving the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award in June 2009. She also attended Harvard Law School's Program of Instruction for Lawyers in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in June 1995. An accredited mediator of the National Center for Mediation (NCM). She has 11 years of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), specializing in mediation and arbitration, and handled various types of cases.
